Will I lose weight on the Tayyibat diet?
It was never sold as a weight-loss diet, and this site will not sell it as one. There is no counting, no target and no promise. What the book does describe is what people report in the first fortnight, and it is not a number on a scale.

What the system asks instead of counting
Eat only when truly hungry: if a plain boiled potato would not do, you are not hungry. Stop at satisfied, not at full; fullness arrives about fifteen minutes late. Two or three items on the plate. Animal protein every other day. Ten fasting days a month, if fasting suits you.
None of those is a calorie rule. All of them change how much you eat.
What the first fortnight feels like, from the book
Days two to five are the worst of it: headache, irritability, tiredness. That is withdrawal from fast carbohydrate, not the system failing. The bloating goes first, usually within a week, and it is the fastest and most convincing change. Energy steadies in week two or three: not a surge, the disappearance of the afternoon crash. Sleep changes for many people around week three.
Notice what is not on that list. The book does not say how many kilos, or by when, because it cannot know.
If you are hungry all the time
You are under-eating fat. Butter, olive oil, avocado. Fat is what makes satisfaction last, and the low-fat instinct is the hardest habit to unlearn.
If you are losing weight fast without meaning to
Stop and see a doctor. Rapid unintended weight loss is on the book's list of red flags, not its list of results.
Before and after photos
You will find them online. This site does not publish any. A system that stands on its reasons does not need them.
People also ask
How many kilos do people lose on the Tayyibat diet?
The book does not put a number on it, and this site publishes no before-and-after photos.
Do I count calories on the Tayyibat diet?
No. The rules are true hunger, stopping at satisfied, two or three items on the plate, protein every other day, and optional fasting days.
Why am I always hungry on the Tayyibat diet?
The book's answer: you are under-eating fat. Butter, olive oil, avocado. Fat is what makes satisfaction last.
Can I gain weight on the Tayyibat diet?
If you are underweight, the book says to speak to a doctor before starting, and to skip the fasting. Eat from the list when hungry, and do not stop at less than satisfied.
