Is swordfish allowed on the Tayyibat diet?
Unresolved
Unresolved. His rules point both ways on this food, so the food list does not give it a yes or a no.
Why the answer on swordfish is not simple
It eats other fish, which the system likes. But it carries more mercury than almost any fish. Left undecided.
The detail
A clean eater by his rule, but among the highest mercury of any fish. Left unresolved.
Did the doctor say this himself?
